I’m calm and neat by nature, I work at home (stock market trading) my job at home requires quietness as it is critical for my work performance therefore i am picky when it comes to the houses neighbourhood and housemates/flatmates, I am ready to move in and actively looking to find my perfect space. However the landlord must be flexible in terms of providing payslips from an employer as i am self employed, i would be happy to provide a statement though.
