Double room in East/North London wanted!

I’m a 26 year old Scottish girl moving to London after spending the last five years living in Sydney.

I’m arriving in London on 2nd May and keen to live in one of the following areas: Angel, Islington, Hoxton, Shoreditch, Haggerston, Dalston, Hackney.

Ideally not looking to spend more than £950 rent, and having bills included would be an amazing bonus.

I work in Brand Partnerships and am currently in the transfer process with my work. Should be a hybrid setup with a few days in the office/at home.

Very cliche in that I love the gym, trying new restaurants, getting out and about and exploring new places. Absolutely love a trip away so I’ll most definitely be making the most of the Europe proximity again. I have quite a lot of friends in London already so I’m excited to move over in time for summer.

I’ve lived in sharehouses for 9 years and am tidy, respectful and easygoing. I like a nice and clean place to live so not one to be leaving dishes overnight etc. It would be lovely to become friends with my flatmates but I’m also more than happy to live my own life and let my flatmates do their own thing. As long as there’s a good vibe and a homey place I’m happy. I’ve been spoiled in Australia so if the place has any sort of outdoor space (balcony/patio/garden) that would be amazing!

While I’m arriving in May, I’m more than happy to pay extra rent in advance to secure a place, if the room is available immediately. I also have a landlord reference, employer reference and a guarantor if required.
