Looking for furnished room to rent

Move in date around 1st June, ideally with other LGBTQ+/smokers. Am a full-time university student with no current stable income, but am receiving full sponsorship/grants and can provide proof of these on request.

I am very clean and tidy, friends and flatmates at my current accommodation often remark how organised my room is. I enjoy cooking, and will require use of hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, etc; willing to share kitchen and bathing facilities with other flatmates, but must have my own room with lockable door.

Smoking permitted inside is a major plus, but not a dealbreaker.
