Yo renters, today I’m researching of rental properties in South West London, specifically in areas like Lambeth, Wandsworth, and Southwark, offers a diverse array of options for prospective, tenants. With a budget range spanning from £500 to £1500 per month, I can find accommodation that suits their needs, whether i’m seeking of a spacious one bedroom with reception/living room or a spacious apartment.

Not Streatham area, Bermondsey, London Bridge, North London, etc. Only Lambeth, Wandsworth (up to Clapham Junction/Battersea only) and Southwark (up to Elephant and Castle/Southwark station only) as shown on the map.

I’m ready to move as soon as possible, would be the minimum at 15th June as move in date, however, booking would preferred first and will consider to contact you for reservation room and proceed to next step.

With my rent findings, i'm able to live at South West London as i'm currently UK citizen in 18+ years ago after living at North West England region, (not North West London) and decided to move at South West London to start my new life.

In my spare time/meantime, I’ve used to watch the Prime video as a spare time which was pretty relaxing, calm and peaceful. For my occupation, I was working myself as a reseller. My niche targeted will be mainly electronics which is the part of the computing. I was too keen and enjoy with those electronics.

My preferences about the rooms are either spacious (extra space for computer desk and cupboard to store stocks/clothes) as well as perfect en-suite bathroom attached to room itself.

Of course, male would be also preferred and any age is also preferred.

Any room with en-suite/more space would be preferred.

I’m able to stay and live for sole trading and reselling items as I’ve been experienced for long time. Of course I’m thinking about applying further education at college. (As i'm independent living enough)
