Professional Male, looking for a long term let

Hi!

I’m Sam and I work in the music business over here. I just finished university and am now looking for a more permanent let for my professional career.

I don’t have any real preference about who I live with as long as you’re clean but it would be cool if you’re into music/film/football as well. I’d also love for a more social household but I’m not too hardheaded and a quieter one would be more than fine as well.

I prefer somewhere with a quick commute to central/east central that’s close to a tube station but I’m also willing to sacrifice for price or room space.
