Professional male seeks double room

Hi everyone! I'm a professional male aged 44 looking for a double room, preferably with an en-suite bathroom. I am available to move from 01/06/2024 or possibly sooner and have a budget of £1,200pcm including all bills.

I am an easy going guy who likes to live in a clean place where people respect each other space. I like socialising, but also like time to myself to do my own thing as well. I enjoy a pint or nice glass of wine and a good film or box set. I also like keeping active as well though through going to the gym, running and hiking.
