Mature-minded, clean & tidy Australian guy

Hello prospective landlords/housemates.

I am an Australian guy looking for a flat/house share in Billingham with all bills included. My ad says £450 per month but it isn't set in stone.

I would also consider a move further out to Thornaby, Ingleby Barwick or Yarm.

Right now, I am staying with extended family and I have temporarily retired.

I have the means to support myself financially but if the need arises, I can work (not in a pub pulling pints lol) as I am also a Great British citizen with a UK passport, allowing me to live and work here.

I am easy going, considerate and respectful of others and I like a good laugh.

I enjoy cooking/eating fresh and healthy food. I don't drink alcohol that much but I can have one or two in social settings.

I am a fit and active person who likes going to the gym regularly. I also like yoga.

I don't really watch much TV as I prefer to keep up with the news and what is going on in the world by watching YouTube podcasts on my laptop from independent journalists with no political agendas.

I like to keep my mind active so I enjoy puzzles and games, on my own or with others.

I can be quiet if that is what you prefer but I welcome conversation and like to share opinions on a wide range of topics, due to my education and life experience.

My only non-negotiable is smoking inside the house, so I couldn't share with a smoker unless they smoke outside.

Lastly, my ad photo is a passport photo. It's the reason I couldn't smile so it is why I probably don't look happy.
