Female professional seeks double room in Clapham

I am a 24 year old female working full time as a receptionist at an accountancy for the entertainment industry, i also play guitar in a band and spend most weekends rehearsing in Essex. I am outgoing but respectful of peoples privacy. I'm looking to live with 9-5 workers who are sociable and down to earth. I need a large furnished double room with double wardrobes and ample storage space. The house would need all mod cons including wireless internet and hot water 24 hours!

I am looking to move in at the end of the month as my current tenency ends on the 29th. I can do viewings in the evenings after work and my budget may be negotiated if the place is quite nice i am looking for a place to call home :)
