Double room in houseshare or buddy up wanted

I am a professional female looking for a double room in a house/flatshare or a buddy up for a new house/flatshare with a garden for my dog(Layla) who is 5 months old and is housetrained. We are both happy, social, friendly and easy to get on with. I work full time and am currently studying part time towards an ACCA qualification, so a balance between a chilled and social home will be great. We are only looking to move in on the 25 May 2012 as our current rental is on the market for sale. I am a clean and tidy person and respectful towards other people and their belongings. I'm looking for a home where the sharers feel comfortable and get along well. I enjoying relaxing with a glass of wine as well as bbq's at the weekend and going out with friends.
