Double Room - Bannister Park Soton

I am a year into my real job and become a home owner. It is a two bedroom flat and I have a spare room. I am looking for a professional to rent it and enjoy non-student life with. No students I am afraid due to boring insurance reasons. All bills are included, have broadband and a phone line. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and set of shelves but I am flexible if you need more or less furniture. The flat has recently be done up although there are a few finishing touches to be done. It is a lovely location close to the town centre but also not bad for motorway access. I am easy going keep the place fairly clean and tidy but happy to help someone else call it home for a bit. I have no problems with pets and occasionally dog and kitten-sit myself, however, noisy animals may cause a problem. I work Monday to Friday 9-5 but enjoy the odd average weekday activity and weekend outing. Any questions give me a shout. Thank you.
