Room available to suit professional, available from July in shared house in Nether Edge. To share with 2 other tenants plus 2 cats who call it home.

The room would be perfect who prefers a vegetarian/vegan household as you would be sharing with other vegetarians/vegans

Shared living room and 2nd shared dining/living room (with TV, chairs etc in both so plenty of room for everyone to either socialise or to do their own thing)

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher

Garden to rear including shed with storage for bikes etc.

New double glazing, central heating. Recently refurbished, decorated etc.

Single room is to rear of house on 1st floor, overlooking the garden

Broadband: wireless or hard wired internet available to rooms)

PETS: There are already 2 cats in the house so pets would depend on how many, their nature and whether they would all get along.

RENT: Does not include bills which are to be shared fairly between all tenants. Landlord prefers standing order either weekly or monthly at your preference.
