I have a big double room in a shared house on the 49a bus route in Bevendean. Currently there are three girls at Sussex and Brighton - ages up to 26.
Its a big house in pretty good shape - large shared lounge and big kitchen diner. Bathroom/shower with separate loo upstairs, wetroom and separate loo down. All mod cons - freezer / dishwasher / wmachine / dryer in a utility room. Garden in dubious state of maintenance.......
Easy parking on road, or on the drive for the more adventurous as its steep.
Double is £375 all in.
