Spacious with double wardrobe

Hello,
I have a lovely bright spacious room for rent freshly decorated with the use of your own spacious clean bathroom. I have an en-suite so only ever use the other bathroom for a bath which is seldom. There is only myself living here and most weekends I am away so the flat will be all yours. I work and exercise in the evenings so am rarely around. I am friendly and easy to live with. The flat is 3 mins walk to the train and bus stations, also 2 minute walk to the city centre. The flat is always kept clean and tidy and has all the neccessary equiptment. As I am a live in landlord all repairs are done quickly. I am looking to share with someone who equally has a busy life and likes to live in a clean place. The entire flat is being decorated so will be brand new for the new tennant. The flat is only 5 years old anyway so is in excellent condition. Also my partner comes to stay occasionally and has a labrador dog which is very friendly so as long as you are not allergic or scared of dogs you will love her.
