Double room to let in shared house

Hi,

I have a spacious double room to let in my house.

The room is on the 1st floor at the back of the house, has been recently decorated and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom, newly fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room and courtyard rear garden. I also have wireless internet and a PC in the lounge you will be free to use. The house is conveniently situated to the east of Chichester approx a 15min walk to the cross. There is free parking either on the street close by or on a grass verge 25yrds from the house. I should probably also mention that I have 2 cats and smoke.

The rent is £450 pcm and this includes all bills. Sorry but no couples, I don't mind a partner staying a couple of nights a week and friends would also be welcome.
