I am looking for an easing going professional person, male / female, I am LGBT friendly.

Good size single room, furnished with pine furniture, memory foam mattress on single divan bed (storage underneath), Walk-in cupboard / wardrobe, various shelving. Off road parking can be made available, wireless internet, cable tv can be reconnected to the room if required. Shared access to the rest of the house. I am a friendly easy going person that likes a laugh, so hoping to find someone similar to rent this room.

Due to previous bad experience I do now require 2 references & a one month deposit is required which will be refunded at the end of the tenancy.
