I have a clean nicely furnished room, As is the house in general. You will need to be ok with pets. Im easy going and friendly i like to be sociable but also enjoy peace and space in the home and for that reason i do not allow random people entering the house~although i do like people to make themselves feel at home~just mutual respect.
