We have a lovely neutrally decorated double room to let, overlooking our huge beautiful garden in a spacious character semi. The house has a large kitchen / diner and a comfortable living room. There are 2 bathrooms, and off road parking available for 2 cars.

We're ideally located in a quiet road in Charminster, close to the shops with easy access to Bournemouth town centre, nightlife, beaches etc.

All bills are included (This includes free WiFi) the only extra expense you have is food!!

We are a house of young professionals aged 22-29 There is a relaxed tidy atmosphere in the house and whilst we are all independant and live our own lives, we also enjoy going for a drink now and then or having a barbecue together when the weather allows.
