A 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with spacious living room, kitchen complete with washing machine, cooker, sink, microwave, toaster etc. and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have a wardrobe.

I am looking for a replacement to move into my spot as I have commitments and opportunities have risen elsewhere. There will be one other male living in the accomodation, 20, a student at Northumbria. Neither of us smoke. There is room to park outside the house if you have the permit which is about £30 to get for the year, cheaper if you get two for the one household.

There is great opportunity here as there is a 3rd bedroom that can potentially be rented out reducing everybody elses rent in the house without any extra charge, says the landlord, which would reduce the rent to £50 a week!

The contract is 6 months, from 8th February until 7th August 2010, ideal for somebody looking to move to the Jesmond area of Newcastle short term and for summer.
