I currently have a single room available in a good sized house, close to the centre of town.

I am a young professional and my previous tenants have moved out due to changes in work commitments.

I’m offering the room at the fantastic cost of just 250 PCM. The only bills that you will need to pay are council tax and broadband (both wired and wireless), which is split between the tenants of the property.

The house itself is located just a 2 mile walk from the centre of town. Off-street parking is also available and the house boasts a small garden, which is great for lazy summer days.

All bedrooms come fully furnished, and the property is complete with all basic amenities (shower, fully fitted kitchen).

The house is clean and tidy and I intend to redecorate over the next few months.
