I have 2 double rooms and a single room available in a student only house in Southsea. Rent is £340 for the double or £330 for the single per month and INCLUDES ALL BILLS, cleaner and WIFI. There is also a shared tv lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms and three toilets.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezers, microwave, pans etc.

The house is just 2 minutes from the FREE University bus stop. The street has easy parking and there is a garage for cycle storage.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, desk and chair. The house is close to local shops/postoffice/bank/bus route etc.

The other housemates are all students.
£390 deposits are secured with the Govt. DPS scheme

The property has a Gas Safe certificate, Electrical safety certificate, fire/smoke alarm system and emergency lighting. On-call 24/7 maintenance service.

No smoking inside the property, pets, couples or DSS please.
