I’m a 34 year old professional and looking for someone to rent my spare room immediately.

The room is not massive but you would be renting a flat/home and not just a room. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and two side cabinets. The flat is homely, tidy, has a balcony overlooking the park and is close to local transport and shops. There is also street parking if you have a car.

The flat is also very light but the photos don’t do it justice.

It's just me living there and sometimes I am away with work. I like to work hard and during the week I go to the gym and roller skate. During the weekends I meet friends, go out for dinner or to the pub/cinema.

I'm easygoing, friendly, trustworthy and like to be tidy. I am looking for someone with the same mindset who I can get along with.
