Large house 4/5 beds and 1/2 reception rooms.

5 mins from Hove rail station.
Half hour train service tolondon/southampton

Good sized double rooms. Rent is based on size of room. Cheaper to rent the house at 1300 pounds per month.
The 600 pound room is actually two reception rooms divided as a bed room and living room. Hense higher cost

The on bill is gas and elecrtic. It should be no more than 25 pounds per room unless someone wants to waste electric
Large bathroom. Two toilets.

Washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, central heating, 60 mb broadband included in the rent.

Looking for considerate person(s) to share. Must be willing to help keep the house clean.

Current rooms will be vacated from the 13 June and will be cleans and re painted.
