All mod cons are included within the house such as a microwave, washing machine, gas cooker/oven/grill, broadband/wi-fi internet, laminate/wood flooring throughout, separate stand alone shower and a bath as you would expect in most modern homes. There is a separate dining room and a shed for any bike owners.

There is on road parking, a large 50 foot garden for summer BBQ’s and a Virgin Active gym is located only a 5 minute walk away for the fitness enthusiasts. Chatterton Road is also situated nearby for local shops for any amenities needed and Tesco is a 10 minute walk away.

Located in Zone 5, with excellent transport links there are regular buses and local mainline stations Bromley South, Bromley North and Bickley provide great accessibility into London.
