Clean, cosy, double-glazed, centrally-heated room with comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk, storage and fibre optic WiFi, adjacent to bathroom, in quiet, relaxed family home. 5-10 mins walk to choice of metro/bus stations, well-served high street with supermarkets, pubs, banks, swimming pool, gym, library etc. off-street parking/bike storage available. Bedlinen and towels can be provided for use if requested. Shared responsibility for cleaning shared areas.
I am looking for a very nice, tidy, reasonably quiet-living professional who would like privacy and comfort and who isn’t normally a party animal. I believe that mutual respect and flexibility is the way forward, so most factors are negotiable. Bills are included. For a short let, rent may be higher. No smoking nor vaping anywhere in house or garden.
As this is a family home, rather than a flatshare, guests would be welcome only by arrangement, thank you.
