Room with a view

I have a decent sized double to rent in a 2 bed flat. The flat is welcoming and fairly homely and has a good sized kitchen. There is one bathroom (separate loo) also a good size. The flat is at the top of a traditional Hove type house so you have to be able to get up several flights of stairs. good for the calves! I am looking for someone who is clean, considerate and will respect my home. I work pretty long hours so do like a bit of quiet during the week. I enjoy socialising, cooking seeing friends. The flat is close to local amenities - shops bars bus stops etc and is between brighton station and hove station. And a pebbles throw from the beach too!
