Hello there,

I have a double room available in my 4 bedroom townhouse which is available as of the 14th of January 2012 at £500 per month (inclusive of bills except for gas & electric) OR for Monday - Friday @ £100 per week.

The double room has the usual double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and TV/DVD and own bathroom.

The townhouse is only a few years old, therefore everything is new, clean and comfortable. It's on a quiet estate with off road parking.

There is a bus route into town at the end of the road, and two local train stations nearby. It's about a fifteen minute walk from the BBC in Llandaff. A 10 minute drive into Cardiff centre and again about 10 minutes from the A470 and M4.

It's a no smoking house, but if you want to puff away you're welcome to do so in the garden. I do have a garage, with the usual junk, but you're welcome to use it for storage.
