Large double room to rent in house in worthing

Hi,

we have a large double attic room to rent in our lovely house in worthing. 2 minutes walk from the town centre, 5 mins from the beach and 10 minutes from worthing train station. The house has a garden and on road parking, (free after 6pm!)
Im 28 and live there with my 23 year old sister and my dog. We're both very friendly and relaxed and enjoy a drink and a laugh but dont want someone who will have lots of people at the house all the time. My sister works shifts and is rarely at the house in the evenings and i work 9-5. We like to chill out during the week, tv or movie with a bottle of wine, cook up a big meal etc. We're looking for someone similar to live with who will respect each others personal space and quiet time as well as have sociable evenings in together. My sister works weekends and im usually at my boyfriends in Brighton. The room is £400pm all bills, broadband, Virgin tv etc included.
