Much bigger than it looks

It is the best of both worlds here. Nice comfortable double room with ample furniture and storage, for one person and a beautiful countryside view but only 10 minutes from A19, A66 and A689. The room is bigger than it looks on the photos. The arrangement is more house share than just room, I am very easy going. Use of the lounge, large fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer, dryer and freezer facilities. All bills ( water, electricity, gas, heating, tv licence, council tax, limited broadband) included. Not included, food and household goods. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Ample parking, good access to both North Tees and Hartlepool hospitals. I am looking for another professional person to share with. Male or female, no specific age. I have one small well behaved dog. WIFI available.
