Hi,
My house is a 2 bedroom mid terrace in Clitheroe. It is in a great, quiet location, and just a short walk from the town centre a main supermarket, and the train and bus stations.
My spare room is a furnished, double sized room, which is clean, neutral and spacious.
I am looking for a lodger who I can get along well with, and who must be clean and tidy and willing to share all cleaning duties etc. I don't want to be tidying/cleaning up after anyone !
I am friendly and considerate and would like my lodger to be the same. I have a professional job and work long hours mainly midweek.
Monday to Friday lets would be considered.
