We are looking for a professional female aged 25-55 to join our household in Hedge End Southampton, the room is currently available for immediate occupancy if required.

Very well maintained house with lots of facilities.

Double bedroom has en-suite shower/WC and lots of wardrobe space.

Nice, comfortable lounge with Freeview TV.

Conservatory, lovely when it's sunny!

Modern kitchen with lots of cupboard space and all crockery and utensils.

Garage has been converted to gym, There is a weights machine, rowing machine, X-trainer and exercise bike.

The house has broadband WiFi and there is access to a scanner/printer if needed.

Large back garden with outdoor heated swimmimg pool (open in summer months), patio heater & BBQ.

Off-road parking, easy access to Hedge End railway station (7 minute walk) and to Jct 7 of M27 (5 mins by car).

Looking for a friendly female who is tidy, respectful but enjoys a drink and the occasional night out. The house is non-smoking but you can smoke in the garden if you must!

Rent £420 pcm covers all bills except phone. Deposit £380.
