Double Room Available Now - Nice House in Worthing

My housemate has returned to Australia so there is a good size double room free.

It’s a nice 3 bedroom house in a quiet close in Broadwater, Worthing. 1 furnished double bedroom is available plus there is a single room but it is usually used for an office and storage. It can be a fun house to live in because of my lifestyle but most of the time it should be a chilled relaxed atmosphere.

It has these main facilities; Fitted kitchen, power shower(wet room), laminate flooring, upvc double glazing, furnished, Wii, Sky TV, landline telephone, broadband internet, easy parking, a garage, front and back gardens, nice neighbours who don't moan, it's around the corner from Broadwater high street so the shops and pubs are around the corner, 10 minute walk to the main station, 20 minute walk into the centre of town and the sandy beach (when the tide is out).

I am an easy person to get along with and quite laid back. I do like to party and to go out clubbing when I can plus watch some TV/DVDs & play on the Wii too. I love going on hockey tours around the UK and Europe. I am a professional DJ so I work at weekends as well as landscape gardening during the week.

Rent and bils are split between those living at the property so someone who works would be best suited. Bills are variable but they are usually around £200 per month split between tenants. Over 18s only and non smoker(s) would be preferable. Students on a grant are not allowed as I found out once I had found people to move in before. I would like to house share with someone who is easy going, respectful, friendly, reliable and isn’t afraid to live life to the full.

It's a lovely house and it would be a huge shame if I had to give it up.
