I have a room to let in our family home. We are situated in a quiet semi rural location, between Ferndown and Wimborne.

The double room on offer is double aspect, light and spacious with views towards Bornemouth and Poole. The room has a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe, its own sink area and is ready to move into. The house itself is large with plenty of room for everyone. We have a newly fitted bathroom with electric shower. Outside we have a large front and rear garden with plenty of safe parking. The house has wireless broadband which you are of course welcome to use.

We would request that our new housemate be tidy and respectful of our home. We would like to share our house with a friendly professional person who is family and animal friendly. I may consider a couple however the figure quoted will be adjusted to reflect this. References will be required and checks will be made.
