Looking for a housemate to share lovely house in Patcham, Brighton, BN1 8LD. We tend to have quiet nights in during the week, then socialise at the weekend. No wild parties but dinner with friends/watching DVDs with a glass of wine are more than welcome. There is a garden with patio area, great for chilling out in when the sun is shining. We are looking for a housemate that's clean and tidy and willing to do their share of the chores.

The double room has been recently redecorated with new carpet and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe plus a chest of drawers and bedside table.

The house includes an open plan dining area and living room great for entertaining friends. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently refitted. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also the added benefit of a bright and sunny conservatory with office space.

Easy access to the A27 and A23 by car, plus free off road parking/use of garage and regular bus service into Brighton/Hove (5B). The house is within walking distance of Patcham village, Asda and other local shops/pubs.
