There is plenty of storage, a large double bed and a TV. Internet connection is available . There is sole use of large bathroom with bath & shower.
Use of newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen with use of usual appliances & induction hob.. Use of the dining room.
There is a large conservatory newly built on the back of the bungalow and a nice patio garden.
I have been successfully offering the room for let from 2009 and have had many lovely people here.
My present tenants Lucien & Virginia have lived here for 3 years, and are moving into their own home!
They have kindly given me a glowing reference which is too long to write here, but I can show it to any prospective tenants!
