1 Double room in large, residential home

I'm looking to share my home with professional people. The double bedroom, on the 2nd floor, can be furnished or unfurnished and shares access to a shower room/toilet (I have my own bathroom on the 1st floor). I have a garage and there is on-street parking in the close. I don't mind if you smoke (I'm a smoker). I also have 3 cats, who are very friendly :) The house is c. 10 mins walk from the station and Shoreham High Street - ideal if you commute to work. I have broadband and WiFi. I work full time and am looking for a friendly, professional person who would like to share my comfortable home. The room is available from October and bills are included in the £550 pcm.
