I will have a newly refurbished one bedroom flat available at the beginning of September. The flat is in a quiet area of Sholing and it’s currently having a brand new bathroom and kitchen put in as well as new décor and flooring. It is in a small block of 5 with a communal garden area and parking space. Heating is by electric night storage heaters and the flat is fully double glazed. As work is being carried out at the moment I don’t have any photos I'm afraid but if you are interested I can send you photos of other properties I own to give you an idea of the standard. Rent is ££535 per month.
