The house is located in one of Oxted's premier roads yet is only 5 to 8 mins walk from Oxted's cafes and restaurants, cinema, leisure centre and railway station (frequent rush-hour trains to Victoria and London Bridge take 30 mins). Attractive open countryside is close by. The M25 is 5 mins by car and Gatwick about 20 mins.
This fully furnished double bedroom overlooks the secluded rear garden. Facilities throughout the house are shared which include a lovely, south-facing heated conservatory overlooking landscaped gardens.
Current occupants include us (Pat and David).We have been sharing the house for many years with people of all ages and continue to count many of them as friends.
