This is a fantastic double room (for female, single occupancy) furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp, set of drawers, bedside locker and also has a TV point. There is a bathroom and separate shower room available and a second TV/study room upstairs. There is some parking at the property and also plenty along the street.

The house has a contemporary feel with an open plan dining/living room leading to a good sized conservatory. There is a very nice modern kitchen with American style double fridge, two smaller fridges, large double oven and dishwasher. We have a large garden with garden furniture which is great in the summer.

It’s good location means you are close to public transport links both bus and train also you are within easy reach of Bournemouth town centre, Poole and close to Bournemouth Uni.

The house is very homely and my mother lives here at the moment. She is very easy going, active and helpful and will try to make your stay with her as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Please be aware that there is a £100 referencing fee, half of which will be refunded if you are allocated the room.
