Our friendly house share is conveniently located between 5 ways and Preson Park, less than one min from the 5B bus, and 4 mins from the 5/5A and is just a stones throw from a convenience store and a wicked pub! It is also just a 10 minute stroll to Preson Park station, and 15 minutes to Brighton Station
The house-
*3 bed terraced house - sharing with 2 clean, considerate and friendly guys
*One bathroom with shower, one separate upstairs toilet
* Large open plan living / dining area, with a large flat screen tv
*Good sized kitchen with plenty of crockery and lots of storage space, fridge and freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer (as well as washing line in the garden)
*Sunny garden with table, chairs and a BBQ We also have a covered area which is perfect for smokers (not allowed inside the house)
We are looking for someone to move in from the 1st October as unfortunatly our housemate has had to move back upto London! (Whomever moves in is required to pay from this date)
The room has a large mirrored wardrobe, double bed and bedside cabinet - you are welcome to bring your own furniture, or use that as provided and you are also decorate the room as you please.. within reason!
We are looking for someone friendly and considerate who will help make the house a home, rather than just a place to sleep.
The rent is £400 per month which includes council tax, plus bills (gas, elec, water - which always works out fairly cheaply!) + a £300 deposit required
