Light and airy newly decorated Large double Room, fully furnished £100 per week inclusive of bills and Wifi, in a family household. Bedroom has its own Sink, TV point and Sofa, with very large double wardrobe so great if you have lots of stuff, 3 small chest of draws and double bed. House has Gas central heating with hot water on demand, Modern bathroom with powerful shower over bath, and additional toilet downstairs. Lounge not included but full Use of Dinning room and Large kitchen with 2 fridges & freezers and kitchen/cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc, and use of washing machine and dish washer. (it is not because we are unsociable happy for you to pop into lounge for a chat but last time we had lodger they took over the lounge and we had no where to chill out as a family) The house is in a quiet, secure area of Boscombe, with unrestricted parking on North rd, 2mins walk to main bus station with all routes, 15mins walk to Train station, 5mins walk to town shops, 10mins walk to beach and kings park. You will be living with me, my husband and our very happy 8 month old baby, he is a very good sleeper and his room is opposite end of house so should he cry you should not hear him. We are chilled out friendly people looking for a considerate person not out all hours of the night :o)
