Curently my son (adult)is living here - I work away but return some weekend.
We are located 5 mins walk from city centre just behind the Circus in a relatively quiet location.
Couples are welcome but the rent would be an extra £100 per month.
The only additional costs would be a proportion of the hot water/heating and electricity key meters.
