Share in 3 Bed House in Quiet Residential Area

This is a 3 bedroom house, recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom and a shared lounge area.

The available bedroom is a double bedroom on the first floor.

I'm looking for either students or professionals to share with, I'll happily consider students who are leaving home for the first time, but would prefer to share with people who have either lived in a house-share arrangement previously or are realistic about the need for communal housework etc.

The furniture in each room is new and so far unused, consisting of a double divan bed (with built in drawers), a wardrobe, desk and chair.

I have no problem with smokers, but don't allow smoking in the house, so you'll have to head out to the garden for a cigarette if you do smoke.
