Hi all

I have a large double room in a renovated large Victorian Terrace. I have 2 lounges so tenant can have their own space as needed.
The house has been renovated to a good standard with a lovely large kitchen and bathroom.
I have 2 dogs so the tenant would need to be comfortable with small dogs.
I am looking for someone who is a professional worker and clean and tidy is a must.
My house is in Marton, Blackpool with excellent links to BAE Warton, Govt offices at Norcross and Peel Park and the HP offices in Lytham. Preston is also only 20 minutes away by car.
I am more than happy to offer this to contractors or those on TDY from the Civil Service.
