Young married couple with spare room available. Room is 11'8"x7'10" with new double glazing and original cast iron fire place. Room is furnished if required with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and even a spare television, freeview box and dvd player. We are sociable people with many friends, enjoying drinks and meals but, do appreciate value of "private space" and quiet times. We have a large enclosed patio garden with rear access. We have put in a new modern kitchen with spare fridge and freezer for tenant use and have just had the living room and dining room redecorated. There is also a downstairs toilet for convenience and if you require more storage, we have a floored out loft. All bills are included in the price. There is parking on the street with no permit required.
