The person we are seeking should be reasonably tidy although the house does have a fortnightly cleaning service, basically a young professional person who is busy with work in the week ,so not a party animal, friendly reasonably easy going, who is happy to share with other young professionals in a fully refurbished and furnished spacious mid victorian house in a very nice part of nether edge. The house has a free broadband internet service, in all rooms, fully secure ,with unlimited download, a fortnightly cleaning service, large south facing garden with gardener, a double garage which is being used for storage. Every thing is newly done , to a high standard. The house has easy access to town , via public transport. There is also a deck in the front garden with lights and places to sit out for extra convenience .
