Large furnished double room in Frampton on Severn

I have a large furnished double room to let in a centrally heated 3 bed house in Frampton on Severn. The room has a built in wardrobe and wireless broadband.

There is a large bathroom with bath and electric shower and a downstairs loo. The kitchen is a big fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has two sofas, open fire, and television, and leads onto the dining room. There is a garden and patio with views over an open field to the canal.

I do occasionally smoke in the downstairs living room (trying to quit!) but I'm assured by non-smokers that you can't smell it.

The village of Frampton on Severn is a lovely place to live with 2 village pubs, a community centre, and many sports/activity clubs on offer. Parking is on road, but free, in a safe area and I have never had a problem parking directly outside the house! It is 2miles from J13 M5 and an easy commute to Stonehouse, Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol.

The rent is 350.00 GBP per calendar month, all inclusive. Looking for a friendly, easy going, professional housemate to join our share.
