The current tenant is moving out to her own place, but has rented at this flat for last 2. 5 years and has been very happy here. The flat is a spacious seafront 3 bed flat on Heene Terrace, Worthing. The flat will be shared with a friendly female, 25 who is a full time mature professional for the time being as the 3rd room is in the process of being refurbished and won't be available until at least February. Looking for a female professional aged about 20-30. Must be clean & tidy! Smokers welcome, but must smoke outside. Modern kitchen, all mod cons, washing machine, large bright lounge with Sofas, (the lounge was refurbished a year ago with new carpet, don't have an up to date photo) TV, Dining Table, courtyards at front & rear, secluded communal garden at rear, on street parking. We also have a caretaker and a gardener.

The rent stated includes Council Tax, Water, TV Licence, and Gas and Electric, phone line rental and broadband. Deposit will be required and 1 months rent in advance. The deposit will be registered individually with the Deposit Protection Service. You will also get a tenancy agreement, there is a valid Gas Safety and Energy Performance Certificate. The room is available for an for a minimum of six months.
