Double room (LN5) Summer let

A large, tidy 3 bedroom house on a quiet street off Lincoln high street - 10 minutes walk from the town centre/station/university.

The house has a large living and dining room with wooden floors and fireplace. There is a modern kitchen and utility room. There is a small bathroom downstairs with a large bathroom upstairs with corner bath and separate shower.

There is free on-street parking, high speed internet with unlimited downloads, washing machine and nearby shops.

The room is part furnished with double bed, dresser, desk and chair.

Ideally looking for a summer let of a couple of months but a longer let may be possible.
