Urgent Housemate Req Double Room Central Guildford

Require a housemate ASAP due to working away at short notice.

Double room available in flat located at the top of town near to London Road train station. Only a few minutes walk from the High street, bars, restaurants and shops.

The room is an unfurnished good size double, albeit a small top floor apartment, it has surprising character and charm with great views over Guildford and a large garden for relaxing or entertaining in during the summer months or rare British sunny day!

We have broadband and free parking, this along with all the bills comes inclusive in the rent. There are no extras.

It's normally £650 a month each but I have reduced it by £100 because I want to sort it quickly and this opens it up to more people.

Myself I work within the music industry (not a musician!) so based a lot from home and when not working, I like this environment to be calm, enjoyable and kept clean. I'm looking for someone that can respect that and/or share similar attitudes.

Don't get me wrong I love a good socialise but let's just say the days of living like a student knee deep in last nights take-away are gone!!
