Luxury loft room

Superb room with lovely seating area and tv. The house is in a most convenient location for the Power station at Heysham and also train station for those wishing to commute to Lancaster or futher afield, this is the quickest way. Buses are also very regular to zip around on.
The prommenade is great for a leisurely stroll with amazing views. Supermarkets and takeaway shops are in abundance in the area.

The bed is leather framed and has amemory foam mattress so are very comfortable. Bedding and duvets are quality as shown in photos. Towels and bedding are provided but this is optional. A television is in room.

The house has a large white bathroom, bath with shower over. The kitchen is compact and has all mod cons and leads off to dining area in lounge.

The house i feel would suit a professionalthat likesto relax in quiet ,peaceful, pleasant surroundings at the end of a busy day with perhaps a glass of wine and a good film or book. If this sounds like you then do contact me. I am the retired owner occupier and will be renting the loft to 1 person and so just myself in the house. I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger in area for possibly the Eden Project or Power station who returns home at weekends.
